I translate well-being into habits that are actually lived.

I define well-being as a simple and enjoyable action plan — not a punishment or a complex privilege — that, through clear and sustainable habits, gives you back the power to decide how you want to live.

Mi Por que

Designing well-being for real life

"Well-being is not about aesthetics, it's about how you choose to live each day."

My personal story taught me that well-being is not based on rigidity or stereotypes, but on decisions that do fit into real life.

My purpose is not for people to pursue an idealized version of themselves, but to build clear and sustainable habits that allow them to be present — with more energy, more calm, and more freedom — for what truly matters.

For me, designing well-being is about giving clarity and structure so that each person can choose how they want to live, without guilt and without punishment.

Tired of magic formulas that don't work in your reality?

The Welfare Industry's Mistake

The wellness industry sells you the idea of "One-Size-Fits-All": universal solutions for complex realities.
They tell you that the Mediterranean diet is the only option, or that you should only eat certain foods, ignoring your culture, your context, and your real life.

It's not you, it's the method.

When these models fail, the system is not questioned.
You blame yourself.
And so a cycle of confusion, guilt, and paralysis is created.

The Missing Perspective

You can't apply a solution designed for a different place, culture, or lifestyle and expect the same result.
You can't expect to do everything perfectly, follow elaborate menus, or cook every meal when you barely have time, are traveling, or your job requires you to spend a large part of the day away from home.

Well-being doesn't work in the abstract; it works when it's adapted to the life you're actually living.

The 4 Pillars of the Method

Love (Empathy)

The starting point is not judgment, it is understanding.
I design systems that start from real life, recognizing that well-being is not built from guilt, but from respect for the moment, the context and the history of each person.

Simplicity

Well-being doesn't need to be complex to be effective.
I translate information and decisions into clear and simple actions, eliminating the friction that causes habits to be abandoned before they become part of daily life.

Discipline

Not as rigidity, but as a supporting structure.
Here, discipline translates into clear and sustainable habits that allow you to move forward consistently, even when motivation is lacking, without punishment or exhaustion.

Adaptability

There is no universal formula that works for everyone.
The systems I design are tailored to the context, culture, and pace of each individual, because well-being only works when it adapts to the life that is actually lived.
